Café Pouchkine unveils three new pastries

Craving sugar to cheer up after the summer holidays and starting work again? It’s perfect since September will be filled with sweet treats at Café Pouchkine and the menu is extended with 3 new sweet creations that will delight sweet-toothed foodies. On the menu, enhanced fig, honey and royal jelly cake and cappuccino to bite. Is that intriguing enough? We tell you everything!

• Tarte "Soleil" Figue. Fig lovers will be glad to find it in this tart, a true hymn to this fruit. It’s mad eof a fig cream, a fig cloud and confit laying on an almond-hazelnut shortbread. All around, juicy fresh fig segments are topped here and there by a golden leaf. Its price? €7.20!

• César Miel. It’s made of a whipped honey ganache, a madeleine cake and a honey Bavarian cream, a dash of royal jelly and enhanced with an apricot confit. Its price? €7.20!
