Meilleur Ouvrier de France glacier David Wesmaël unveils for La Glacerie Paris his frozen yule logs for the Holidays 2020. One is to do it yourself, the other is trusting the chef. We are melting for it!

This year, David Wesmaël delivers two frozen creations. And now, choose one!
- The Sapin Magique to create yourself
Like the unmissable Christmas tree one decorates yearly with one's family, David Wesmaël's Sapin Magique can meet your needs; The base of this frozen yule logs is some almond and hazelnut praline ice cream, laying on a bed of almond, hazelnut and pine nut praline; It is topped with vanilla ice cream infused with toasted fir tree, and enhanced with runny Menton lemon caramel and lime tree honey.
For the rest, it is up to you. Yes, on this Sapin Magique, you are encouraged to add the 3 Envies Individuelles (aka the House's Signature dessert!) you want. And the choice is hard, is it not?
Allow €68 the Sapin Magique for 8 foodies and note that you can book one from December 1 - the log is then available from the 10th!
For chocolate fans, we recommend you get the other creation of MOF David Wesmaël: the La Voie Lactée frozen yule log. Based on mendiant-inspired milk chocolate ice cream, mango sorbet heart, for the fruity touch, topped with crunchy almond and hazelnut and orange praline. Between fruity softness and chocolatey greediness... It will delight little and grown-up foodies.
This second frozen yule log is also to book from December 1 - and available from the 10th as well. Allow €68 the frozen yule log for 8 chill lovers.
But that is not all! La Glacerie Paris also comes up with a bunch of guilty pleasures for the Holidays 2020. The 'Plaisir givrés' tasting tray for instance includes 25 ice creams and sorbets. All you need to discover most of the ice cream menu served by the house. And to discover as well, frozen chocolate slabs, as well as frozen cakes...
