• The Madagasikara yule log, heading to the Tropics

Covered in pink and yellow, this yule log is based on Mango and Madagascan vanilla ice cream - David Wesmaël's signature - encasing Banana and lime sorbet, brown sugar meringue and Madagascan vanilla and lychee confit.

• The Strombolia yule log, heading to Sicily

Nuts are given pride of place with this yule log mixing pistachio and almond with a leopard print as a nod to the eponymous movie. in the middle, Sicilian pistachio ice cream cuddled in frozen almond mousse, almond and Sicilian lemon zest cake, and strawberry and Sicilian lemon sorbet.

• The Bosphora yule log, head to the sun rising from the East

This Fall-inspired colored yule log with hues of orange and gold will delight hazelnut fans! The dark chocolate ice cream with hazelnut milk wraps some frozen mousse flavored with hazelnut from the Bosphorus, hazelnut dacquoise, crunchy hazelnut praline and runny hazelnut caramel.

• The Savana yule log, let us meet in Africa

This yule log covered in panther print reveals Ethiopian moka coffee ice cream encasing Ugandan vanilla ice cream, smooth Ugandan vanilla cake and Cameroonian dark chocolate crémeux.
