The Bûche sous-bois is a roll cake dressed not in the traditional butter cream, but a symphony of chocolatey textures mixing crunchy nibs, light mousse and sweet cream.
Even though the freshness of citrus fruits will remind you of nice winter walks in the forest, the candles of the decor (entirely edible) will remind the log that used to burn in the fire.
