The season of yule logs 2018 presentation has already started and day after day, we discover the flavors that could throne on your festive table.
This year the Meilleur Ouvrier de France’s yule log is called the Bûche Fraîcheur Citron. On a lemon juice cake, a collection of textures based on yellow lemon reveals itself: marmalade, cream and light mousse. A smooth meringue with lemon zests comes to complete the recipe.
For even more greed, Arnaud Larher also came up with Christmas macarons filled with Haut Doubs pine tree cream and jelly and a Sapin Meringué covered in dark or milk chocolate and sprinkled with dry fruits.
To end this procession of sweet treats, Arnaud Larher also revealed his epiphany cake 2019: the Galette Roxalie comprises a pure butter flaky pastry, almond cream scented with rose petal and sugared almond sprinkles.
