BO&MIE is a beautiful bakery in the Montorgueil area to be discovered without any second thought.
Open from Tuesday to Sunday from 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., BO&MIE is a place of life: here, you can come and set at a table for breakfast, a gourmet break and even work while watching the bakers do their breads before your eyes and all day long!
Produces are good, bread made with love, viennoiseries original and pastries tantalizing. The house specialties? The praline croissant, the chocolate cookies and the breads with strong aromas meaning the yeast was worked well. BO&MIE also offers individual pastries, cheesecake, vanilla entremets, a delicious revisited tiramisu and a kouign-amann to die for!
Irresistible moment of the week: the BO&MIE brunch served between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m., on Sundays. Croissants, brioches, all viennoiseries are served on the all-you-can-eat buffet including a savory dish and a fruit salad without forgetting the drinks (also on the all-you-can-eat buffet) for €22.90, please!
This bakery is Jean-François Bandet’s dream, a Parisian man who decided to change his life in 2014 after quitting his company.
After training as at the Ferrandi school to become a baker, Jean-François looks for a place for his bakery and his millers, the family running Moulins de Chars tells him a 240-sqm bakery is to be taken over in the Montorgueil neighborhood… Jean-François says it himself, he’s been very lucky.
It’s simple, for a year, thanks to his nice produces fairly prized, Jean-François conquered the neighborhood and has been so much promoted that BO&MIE was even featured in French TV show “La Meilleure Pâtisserie de France”!
