Fouquet's Paris pastry chef Nicolas Paciello has created for the Parisian house a yule log 2020 made in France in tribute to the French terroir.

A yule log in tribute to french produce, this is the beautiful creation of Fouquet's Paris for the Holidays 2020. As a matter of fact, the Parisian house pastry chef, Nicolas Paciello, has come up with an elegant yule log inspired by flavors of the Montélimar nougat and mostly based on ingredients from French agriculture.

But what does this Fouquet's yule log has in store? Laying on nougat made by the traditional recipe from Montélimar, this yule log is covered in honey meringue and hides some soft almond cake from Montélimar, Corsican orange crémeux topped with honey-almond mousse.

To create this yule log made in FranceHôtel Barrière Le Fouquet’s Paris Pastry Chef has selected - among other - almonds from producer Hervé Lauzier set near Montélimar, honey from Silbère Bru in Grants and even candied oranges from Corsica by Marcel Santini.

Find this Fouquet's yule log for 8 foodies only by order for €75 to order and get from December 6 to 27 included.
