How about a cup of coffee? But a quality coffee, of course! Belleville Brûlerie opens a coffee temple in the 19th arrondissement. At HQ Belleville Brûlerie, not only can you enjoy coffee, but you can also learn a lot about the subject through tasting workshops and tours of the premises.

Coffee lovers, a new temple is opening in Paris, spearheaded by Belleville Brûlerie. Belleville Brûlerie is a neo-roasting house founded in 2013 to revitalize the image of French-style coffee .

Five years after its opening, Belleville Brûlerie unveils a place to indulge in the discovery of good coffee in Paris. Much more than just a boutique, the Belleville Brûlerie HQ is a multi-faceted space, part roasting workshop, part training center and part coffee shop.

The perfect place to discover the full range of coffees and the advice that goes with them. The public is invited to take part in tasting workshops in the laboratory area, every Saturday morning at 11am, to learn how to taste coffees and discover tips for making a good coffee at home.

The Belleville Brûlerie headquarters is also open to the public. From green bean storage to sourcing, roasting and the art of blending, cellar-style tours are organized several times a day.
