Pastry chef-baker Benoît Castel treats us every month with new gourmet and original creations and has decided to break the rules for Easter.
Indeed, Benoît Castel enjoys revisiting French traditional baking and offers playful and quirky creations. For Easter 2019, he came up with a tradition baguette based only on organic flour, cocoa powder and dark chocolate chips.
All it’s needed to delight the palates of children and big children in an original fashion! Gourmet people will likely want the sweet sandwich version with praline, or even homemade orange jam.
This chocolate tradition is available in both Benoît Castel stores in Paris 11th and 20th arrondissements!
