On the occasion, Yann Brys, head of the Sweet creation at Evok Hôtels Collection and Meilleur Ouvrier de France, has designed the Easter egg for Brach Hotel. This magnificent egg is made of 75% Belize dark chocolate, filled with fruit inclusion, caramelized almonds and hazelnuts, chopped pistachios, pine nuts and candied orange. So good!
Sicover the Brach egg from April 1 to 12, 2020 at the Counter Pastries of Brach and Cour des Vosges hotel for €47.
But that’s not all since Brach Hotel also offers an exclusive egg hunt for children for two afternoons, on Wednesday March 25 and Wednesday April 1, 2020.
Children and adults are invited to get lost on the floors of the Brach to find the 6 sesames hidden between the terraces, bedrooms and kitchen garden. On top? A chocolate surprise by La Maison du Chocolat.
Several sessions are held throughout the day. Note that each session is limited to 25 children. Children must be accompanied by their parents.
To take part in, (mandatory) registration from March 10, 2020 on brachparis.com
