For Easter 2019, Galeries Lafayette Gourmet thought on a grand scale. Indeed, it’s not one, nor two nor three but 7 pastry chefs who have been invited to design original and exclusive creations with lots of chocolate on the occasion.

An Easter cake based on almond milk syrup covered in toasted almond chunks with amaretto then filled with chocolate/fleur de sel ganache and covered with dark chocolate glazing sprinkled with cocoa.
