Gourmet restaurant Le Grand Véfour in Paris 1st arrondissement is part of the Easter race. Loyal to the tradition, chef Guy Msartin has come up this year with an Easter egg just like Le Grand Véfour.
As a nod to the Jardin du Palais Royal, not far from here, Grand Véfour egg is made of Manjari chocolate and lies on a chocolate and brown sugar column. A very chic Easter egg, isn’t it?
And what a beautiful surprise: inside, it hides in its plump belly, a second Easter egg made of rock sugar. Think about how amazed the kids will be when discovering this little magic trick on your table for Easter 2019!
