The principle? A base made of homemade Madagascar vanilla ice cream without any additives nor chemical stabilizers is dipped in chocolate. As the cold ice cream touches chocolate, it crystallizes and creates a hearty layer. And for even more pleasure, the cone can also be dipped in the chocolate of your choice.
