How to resist Hoct&Loca new ice cream coated in chocolate? Impossible!

If you’ve never been at Hoct&Loca, then you’re missing something! Open in 2018, this chocolate bar set on rue de la Verrerie in Paris 4th arrondissement makes chocolate lovers very happy.

With the sun and beautiful days coming back, ice cream season is on its way. Hoct&Loca has just launched a brand-new concept of dipped ice creams. Yummy!

The principle? A base made of homemade Madagascar vanilla ice cream without any additives nor chemical stabilizers is dipped in chocolate. As the cold ice cream touches chocolate, it crystallizes and creates a hearty layer. And for even more pleasure, the cone can also be dipped in the chocolate of your choice.

Not less than 6 chocolates are available:

  • Venezuela 72 – intense and elegant chocolate based on bitterness
  • Brazil 55 – exotic dark chocolate with surprising fruity notes
  • Caribbean 46 – soft and cocoa milk chocolate
  • Hazelnut 33 – milk chocolate enriched with hazelnut spread for an elegant and tasty result
  • Dulce de Leche – blond chocolate with a pinch of salt
  • White chocolate of the month – white chocolates available in a range of flavors and colors (Matcha tea, strawberry, mango, yuzu…)
