This year, the famous hotel pastry chef Nicolas Paciello has come up with a chocolate egg inspired by a bird's cage. It's when he discovered restaurant Le Joy indoor garden, set in the heart of Hôtel Barrière Le Fouquet's Paris, that the pastry chef has imagined this colorful, spring-like and original Easter egg 2020.
Made of 72% dark chocolate from Venezuela, this creation is entirely hand-painted and will make you fall in love with it! It houses a small and bright-colored bird made of white chocolate and resting on a base made of hazelnut praline, feuillantine and milk chocolate.
