Café Emkipop: ice cream sticks with inventive flavours in Paris

If you're in the mood for frozen novelties, head for the capital's 12th arrondissement. This is where the very first Emkipop boutique is located. Described as the pioneers of the new-generation popsicle, the brand revisits the traditional popsicles of our childhood with recipes that are 100% natural, creative and made with only the freshest ingredients.

Last summer, during the Balenciaga and Jacquemus fashion shows, flavors such as lemon, turmeric, ginger, black sesame, choco craquante and Carrot Pop seduced the taste buds of many fans.

This year, Emkipop intends to seduce the palates of all Parisians with the opening of its first boutique in Square Trousseau.

To mark the occasion, Café Emkipop will be serving up its famous " bâtonnets glacés ", to which you can add toppings such as melted Valhrona chocolate, crushed almonds, coconut shavings or chocolate marbles...

For breakfast, smoothie bowls, homemade granola and even Cafés Goma (an espresso in which a ball of black sesame ice is melted) are available.

For takeaway, Café Emkipop offers a boxed set of tasting sticks.
