To celebrate the edition 2019 of the French Open – Roland-Garros, Les Belles Envies founder Alixe Bornon has created the Coffee Tie-Break pastry; a sweat treat with a low glycemic index to treat yourself without feeling guilty.

To celebrate Roland Garros 2019, Les Belles Envies founder Alixe Bornon has come up with the Coffee Tie-Break pastry that you can enjoy from May 26 to June 9, 2019 only!

Coffee Tie-Break is made of a hot coffee-infused chocolate cream and intense passion fruit coulis heart. Different textures to delight the mouth with milk chocolate and hazelnut, its white chocolate and toasted hazelnut coating and its white chocolate disc reminding us of the clay of the French Open. The glycemic index is only 18!

A balanced pastry available in store on Rue Monge or online, for €6. To enjoy watching a French Open game, of course!
