Une Glace à Paris also came up with 4 different recipes for Verlet, to enjoy on the spot in a 4.05 oz.us pint or to take away in a 15.21 oz.us pint.
Among the choices available: Kopi Luwak ice cream, Moka Sidamo ice cream, Panama Geisha sherbet, as well as a plombière, which is ice cream with candied fruits from Maison Lilamand, available all year long at Verlet.
