Paris oldest coffee house set in 1880 on rue Saint-Honoré, Verlet is switching to summer mode. From May 14 to late September 2019, the house offers foodies to taste the delicious Une Glace à Paris ice creams along with a nice expresso.

On the occasion, Meilleur Ouvrier de France and World Pastry Champion Emmanuel Ryon – also running Une Glace à Paris – offers you to discover 10 classic flavors and original recipes available in 4.05 pint:

  • 3 ice creams: vanilla, Neroli pistachio and crispy caramel
  • 6 sherbets: chocolate, raspberry, mango, strawberry-hibiscus, orange-carrot-ginger, white peach-pepper and a temporary flavor changing every month. in May, it’s cherry-jasmine!

Une Glace à Paris also came up with 4 different recipes for Verlet, to enjoy on the spot in a 4.05 pint or to take away in a 15.21 pint.

Among the choices available: Kopi Luwak ice cream, Moka Sidamo ice cream, Panama Geisha sherbet, as well as a plombière, which is ice cream with candied fruits from Maison Lilamand, available all year long at Verlet.

In other words, the perfect partnership to enjoy a nice cup of coffee and eat a tasty ice cream this summer 2019!
