120 years after opening the first Parisian Dalloyau ice cream parlor, the house ice cream master have created a whole bunch of ice creams and sorbets for this summer 2019. A small treat we enjoy with our eyes closed!
Because yes, ice creams and sorbets are handmade, with sourced, natural and seasonal raw materials. Here, no colorant, nor artificial aroma, but top-quality treats prepared by the book.
Sorbets are full of fruits (+55% fruits) and mostly made with fruits and water to keep their authentic flavor. As for the ice creams, they are made with French dairy products.
