As for flavors, Jacques Genin offers classic flavors such as coffee, chocolate, vanilla, pistachio for ice creams, strawberry, pear and apple for sherbets. But the chocolate maker also serves more original flavors, according to his daily inspirations, such as jasmine, parsley and even licorice. You know where to go if you love discoveries!
Jacques Genin brings just as much importance to crispy and delicious cones. “Cones will have different crunch, they will elevate a whole exploration to feed a dialog with flavors, like a love talk… I don’t want to leave the pastry story: it will be my footboard. To the word creativity, I prefer inspiration. For its intensity and its sincerity. Everything can be eaten, even the teaspoons will be made of chocolate!” he explains.
In other words, sweet treats to taste very quickly!
