La Fabrique Cookies is coming to the Seine left bank with a new store in the Saint-Germain-des-Prés area.

La Fabrique Cookies keeps on expanding all over Paris to treat every gourmand in every arrondissement. After La Fabrique Montorgueil, La Fabrique Gare Saint Lazare, La Fabrique Nation 11ème, La Fabrique Gare de Lyon and La Fabrique Gare Montparnasse 15ème, La Fabrique Cookies is coming to Saint-Germain-des-Prés.

Created in 2012, La Fabrique Cookies is known for its chewy and handmade cookies made fresh every day. All ingredients used are coming from short circuits, PDO butter from Charentes-Poitou, organic eggs, French flour (wheat harvested in the Centre Val de Loire region), French sugar, French milk. Only good things!

In this new store, no mystery, the recipe remains the same. Cookies are made by pâtissiers (in the Clichy lab), then rolled by hand and cooked on the spot, in front of customers, to make sure you get the freshest product possible.

Seventeen recipes are available at La Fabrique Cookies including two seasonal recipes available in limited edition. So, gourmands, tell me, how about a nice cookie from La Fabrique?
