If you’re a die-hard gourmand, always looking for the latest sweet novelties, then you can’t have missed the opening of the first corner by Olivier Stehly in the heart of the Gare Montparnasse, or the opening of his tearoom in the heart of the Châtelet neighborhood in Paris.
For the Holidays, the famous and talented pastry chef, Olivier Stehly, gets himself talked about again with a yule log that looks as beautiful as it tastes.
This winter, fall for his yule log called “Les Livres à Dévorer” [Books to devour]. As you can surely guess it, this original and playful creation pays tribute to books from our childhood.
To make our taste buds happy, Olivier Stehly came up with a cocoa shortbread base with a hazelnut dacquoise cake on which are put the four mouthwatering books:
Of course, you can create your very own yule log!
Besides this yule log, Olivier Stehly also proposes us for Holidays 2019 the “G-Boom” dynamite stick as a yule log.
Behind this name hides a surprising cake enhanced with a chocolate shell under which is hidden a rolled cocoa cake, toasted chopped hazelnuts, a dash of salted butter caramel, as well as fresh and fizzy and crispy raspberries.
So, ready to enjoy a delicious Christmas thanks to Olivier Stehly?
