For the Holidays 2019, Glacier 1891 offers you to lighten your dessert up – as your festive meal would surely be – with an original yule log: a frozen yule log!
Once again, based on quality ingredients, the yule log 2019 revolves around one flavor: saffron. During the tasting, the palate will be able to guess a pear-saffron-hazelnut flavor, a light hazelnut dacquoise, a slim chocolate leaf for some crunch, a pear-saffron sorbet, slightly poached pear, hazelnut-praline ice cream, milk chocolate whipped cream as well as meringues.
A lovely assortment of flavors that you can enjoy for €39. The cake serves 6 to 8 persons!
