Christmas logs from The French Bastards 2023 bakery

For Christmas 2023, The French Bastards bakery (which has 5 Parisian addresses, rue Oberkampf in the 11th arrondissement, rue Saint-Denis in the 2nd arrondissement, place St Ferdinand in the 17th arrondissement, rue Jean-Baptiste Pigalle in the 9th arrondissement and rue de Sèvres in the 7th arrondissement) has decided to double the pleasure this year with 2 gourmet, regressive Yule logs.

Last year, The French Bastards ' Signature log was a hit. So it's back for our greatest pleasure. The vanilla/caramel/cookie log, on sale from December 1 to 31, 2023 for 4 to 6 people at €40, is a choice that should please the whole family. It harmoniously combines textures with a crunchy praline cookie, a soft hazelnut cookie, and a creamy vanilla cookie bavaroise, all centered around a heart of runny caramel insert. Totally foodporn and regressive, we admit.
