A truffle-flavored yule log? It’s the original creation designed by Maison de la Truffe in partnership with pastry chef Gilles Marchal for the Holidays 2019.

This year, yule logs are beautiful and delicious as well as original! Proof of it with this creation for the Holidays 2019 by Maison de la Truffe.

Now owned by Caviar Kaspia group, the famous Maison de la Truffe – already owning several places in Paris – has chosen to team up with Gilles Marchal to delight your taste buds this winter.

Named Pâtissier of the year in 2004 and awarded the Médaille de la Ville de Paris in 2008, Gilles Marchal has come up with a surprising and mouthwatering yule log mixing chocolate and black truffle.

Based on Caribbean chocolate (66%), praline dacquoise made of hazelnuts, almonds and gavottes and Bourbon vanilla cream flavored with Melanosporum black truffle, this yule log can be enjoyed on your own or share with 4 or 6 persons.
