For pastry lovers, discover the creation especially created by La Grande Epicerie de Paris chef, Thibault Leroy and his teams: Mon Chou. Behind this lovely name hides a mouthwatering love cake to share!
This choux bun is coated in vanilla and white chocolate covered craquelin, filled with vanilla pastry cream, crunch, almond crème brûlée, crumble pieces and almond chunks, topped with homemade vanilla whipped cream. The whole lays on almond shortbread square.
Allow €19.50 the dessert for two lovebirds!
Furthermore, marshmallow fans will be delighted to know that Maison Carrousel is opening a pop-up store at the entrance of La Grande Epicerie de Paris. You will find craft marshmallow made in France and by the house made without aroma nor artifical food colorant. Dark rum, black sesame, salted butter caramel, pear, clementine, blackcurrant, lime and poppy seed, and even vanilla and hazelnut chunks... Maison Carrousel marshmallows will make hearts melt!
