Naturellement Fruit, La Maison du Chocolat's 100% vegan collection

After their Bien-Être collection and their 100% natural, butter-free and cream-free chocolates, and La Vie en Vert, a collection of 100% vegan chocolates and ganaches released last year, La Maison du Chocolat does it again in May 2021 with Naturellement Fruit, a collection of vegan fruit ganaches.

The secret of this new vegan collection? Natural sugar (agave and maple), avocado oil to replace animal fat and chicory fiber for texture and twice as many fruits!

Chef Nicolas Cloiseau came up with five new chocolates:

• Vegan blackberry dark chocolate: dark chocolate, a dash of coconut milk chocolate, Burgundy blackberry, blackberry bud infusion.
  
  
• Vegan Chiberta chocolate: dark chocolate, a dash of coconut milk chocolate, orange zests and juice.
  
  
• Vegan Andalousie chocolate: dark chocolate, yellow lemon zests and juice.
  
  
• Vegan Maracuja chocolate: passion fruit juice-fermented dark chocolate, a dash of coconut milk chocolate, passion fruit purée.
  
  
• Vegan Salvador chocolate: dark chocolate a dash of coconut milk chocolate, raspberry purée.

Sweet treats available from May 2021 for €27 the box with 16 pieces or €1.30 per piece!
