A new ice cream parlor is opening at the Place de la Bastille. Its name: Glace Room. Its founder: French-American Craig Sanders. Light colors, nature atmosphere, the new and cool spot for summer 2020.
On the menu, about thirty flavors of ice cream and ice cream macarons that will change with seasons, based on farmhouse milk and cream from Normandy; as well as fruit-packed sorbets and milkshakes with plant-based milk likely to delight vegans or lactose intolerants. Speaking of ingredients, they are thoroughly selected in France in short circuit, and Glace Room uses no colorants or preservatives.
In addition to traditional flavors such as Madagascan vanilla, chocolate sorbet Mangaron plantation by Michel Cluizel or organic blackcurrant from Burgundy, we also have more creative ice creams such as pineapple sweety tonka, organic apricot from the Rhone valley, organic Madagascan vanilla and fleur de sel or the surprising white coffee from Terres de Café.
Crepes, cakes, waffles, cookies, pancakes, organic coffees by France’s best coffee roaster Christophe Servell, hot chocolates from small producers come and complete the delicious menu of Glace Room.
