From June 15 to September 11, 2022, the Hôtel de Crillon ice cream cabin is back with an always tastier concept. At the helm of this iced spot, enjoy hotel pastry chef Matthieu Carlin has his heart set on proposing creations low in sugar shining a light on natural flavors by often adding a regressive and comforting touch.

For this new edition, Matthieu Carlin manages to push the limits of good food even further. Last year, we discovered an exclusive creation, his iced cookie, a chef's signature.

This regressive ice cream required a lot of time to come up with and the least we can say is that it was worth it: the cookie is extremely fluffy, barely baked, filled with salted butter caramel, and vanilla ice cream, coated in crunchy dark chocolate. This treat is a mix of all our guilty pleasures and the ensemble was so balanced whether it comes to textures or flavors.
