After the success of their first bakery-patisserie and then their second address opened last year, the Bo&Mie team has just inaugurated its third Bo&Mie bakery-patisserie this Saturday, October 24, 2020, this time just a stone's throw from the Louvre and its square courtyard, at 91 rue de Rivoli.
Located in the heart of Paris, this new Bo&Mie bakery differs from the two previous addresses in size and location. Yes, this new spot spans 3 levels with almost 400m2 (including 250m2 dedicated to reception and sales).
"With this new project, we're aiming to retain everything that has made BO&MIE a success to date (product quality, welcome, prices), while improving our reception capacity as much as possible. With 250m2 entirely devoted to sales space, we hope to be able to welcome our customers in the best possible conditions, in a magical setting right opposite the Louvre," declares Jean-François Bandet, founder of Bo&Mie.
In this new-generation bakery-patisserie, gourmets can now enjoy creations combining tradition and originality: viennoiseries and breads, but also pastries and tarts of all kinds. We remind you that Bo&Mie makes entirely artisanal pastries, breads and viennoiseries at reasonable prices.
Tomeet this new challenge, Jean-François Bandet and Magali Szekula, founders of BO&MIE, have decided to strengthen the BO&MIE teams by recruiting a new pastry chef, Nicolas Wickart, to enhance the patisserie offering.
