Pastry chef Nicolas Paciello has just opened his own patisserie, CinqSens, in the 15th arrondissement. Much more than a boutique, the place offers a complete sensory experience based around the chef's pastry creations. While we're waiting to enjoy this experience and the tea room, let's make the most of our takeaway pastries!

Nicoals Paciello, pastry chef at Fouquet's Paris, has just opened his own patisserie, CinqSens, in the 15th arrondissement of Paris .

For this new gourmet adventure, Nicolas Paciello has teamed up with entrepreneur William Assouline.
The CinqSens boutique is accompanied by the Manufacture CinqSens, in Pantin.

The concept of these two locations? To offer pastry enthusiasts a unique, immersive experience at the heart of the pastry chef's creative process, from the discovery of his signature ingredients to his highly gourmet creations.
It's a journey that first and foremost involves the use of the five senses, allowing all the subtleties of the raw materials to be revealed.
