What a first! Two-star restaurant La Scène, by Stéphanie Le Quellec, unveils its very first yule log. Called Scène de Noël, this yule log has been created in partnership with the master chef and her pastry chef, Pierre Chirac, and pays tribute to La Scène’s Signature dessert and the restaurant’s architecture.
In this Scène de Noël yule log, you have the gustatory marker of the Signature dessert naming Tahitian vanilla, roasted Madagascan vanilla, as well as almond praline, and caramel glaze imitating the vaults of the alcove. Inside, a crispy almond and brown sugar heart.
This high-range yule log is available to order at the restaurant from December 21 to 25, 2020 for €120 serving 6 to 8 foodies.
