Two great pastry chefs, Pierre Hermé and Cédric Grolet, team up to create an indulging and transient creation. Together, they created Noisette-Citron, a pastry available only from September 24 to October 18, 2020 by order or online.

Two of the best pastry chefs in the world Pierre Hermé and Cédric Grolet (the first one has won the title in 2016, the second in 2018) team up for a transient common creation, Noisette-Citron. This pastry is available on each of their websites from September 24 to October 18, 2020 only.

As he recently opened his patisserie by the Opéra, Cédric Grolet is specialized in recreating fruits in cakes, genuine masterpieces. As for Pierre Hermé, his macarons are just as renown as his Infiniment Vanille tart or his use of rose, raspberry and lychee in his Ispahan creations.

Their cocurated pastry, Noisette-Citron, mixes Pierre Hermé house macaron to Cédric Grolet’s fruits work and technique. As a matter of fact, Noisette-Citron is based on hazelnut macaron cookie, lemon cream and jelly, hazelnut dulce de leche, half-candied lemon and lemon pulp.

Noisette-Citron is only available to order and delivery in Paris and the Paris area, and to Click & Collect, with collect possible in the 7 points of sale in Paris.

This pastry is available for one for €10, as well as an entremets serving 3-4 for €49 or 6-8 for €87.
