The Sir Winston launches its Indian-British brunch

On October 11, the Sir Winston launches its brunch. To your liking, a British option, an Indian version and one that is 100%; each of the three offerings is mouthwatering!

And a new brunch in Paris, one! And not anywhere: at the Sir Winston that recently enjoyed a makeover. On Sundays from noon to 4 p.m., the spot set at the Place de l’Etoile welcomes you for a flavorful Indian-British brunch created by chef Manoj Sharma who managed to create a mixed gourmet offer between Paris, London and Delhi.

The journey starts with the unmissable scones served with butter and jam. Then, it is time to choose: London or New Delhi? Yes, Sir Winston’s brunch offers a British option, an Indian option, and a 100% vegetarian option.

Inside the English Menu, the best of British breakfast: beans, sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs, salmon and Sunday Roast beef like in London. The Indian version includes lentil dahl, lamb curry, masala eggs, naans and even pan-fried vegetables Indian style.

As for the vegetarian brunch, we hesitate between spinach and eggplant caviars, tomato and spice beans, masala eggs, yellow lentil dahl, or labneh and onion chutney. Of course, there are also Churchill’s favorite Indian-British specialties available on the menu: lamb curry, roasted beetroot and the incredible Scotch Egg or the signature Fish & Chips and tartare sauce.

Last but surely not least, let us end on a sweet note and go for the tart of the moment, the fruit salad, cakes or even the seasonal fruit cheesecake. To enjoy with a cup of coffee, flavored water or cocktails (with or without alcohol)!
