This Fall 2020, Hôtel de Crillon treats us to a lovely relaxing moment untouched by time with a harmonious teatime created in partnership between executive chef Boris Campanella and pastry chef Matthieu Carlin to enjoy at the Jardin d’Hiver restaurant until December 6, 2020.

As days are growing shorter, and a cold wind has started to blow on the beautiful French capital, it seems the time has come to look for comfort in the soft cocoon Hôtel de Crillon is, and to enjoy the tasty Fall teatime by pastry chef Matthieu Carlin.

Served from 2:30 p.m. to 6 p.m., this sweet and savory break can be enjoyed as a late lunch or an early dinner before you head to the theater or movie theater before curfew, or even as a delicious and indulging break in the afternoon.

For €60 per person, the Lord’s Goûter includes a hot beverage served with sweet petits fours such as super regressive shortbreads and raspberry jam. This foretaste enables us to wait while the cooking staff fills the carts with 3 savory petits fours, 3 sweet petits fours, scones and flaky brioches to choose when ordering.

The Fall teatime is served at the Jardin d’Hiver hôtel de Crillon, it is the perfect location to enjoy a relaxing break, a moment untouched by time to rest in peace and fall back into childhood with a fresh and super regressive snack that spares us from our daily worries.

Note that with Christmas around the corner, the chefs will provide a winter teatime and a miniature version of the delicious Enchanted Black Forest gateau, Mathieu Carlin’s yule log inspired by Black Forest gateau and themed on Perrault’s tales.
