Galette des Rois 2021 by Thierry Marx

ForEpiphany 2021, in his 4 Paris bakeries, chef Thierry Marx is giving pride of place to the traditional galette frangipane, one of the House's great classics. Its crisp, airy inverted puff pastry is topped with a frangipane made from a mixture of crème pâtissière and almond cream.

What's more, this year, both young and old gourmets are in for a treat, with two beans hidden inside each galette to be shared (excluding individual galettes). Enough to keep both your children happy, if that's the case!

The first bean is inspired by Thierry Marx's viennoiseries: croissant, pain au chocolat, cannelé, madeleine, galette, baguette and tourte de meule. The second bean is to be returned to the store, where a surprise will be offered in exchange!

Available from January 1 to 31, 2021, Thierry Marx's Galette des Rois 2021 is available in three formats. Count €5.50 for an individual galette, €25 for a 4-6 person galette and €35 for an 8-10 person galette.
