Muriel Aublet-Cuvelier – who participated in the Great French Bake Off Professional edition and made it to the finals in 2017 – is a very talented chef who was trained by Meilleur Ouvrier de France Christian Camprini and Claire Damon (Des Gâteaux et du Pain). Now, she shares her creations and tricks on her YouTube channel called “Les Secrets de Muriel” and delights Parisians and tourists who can discover her store in the Grand Colbert.
Lately, she has come up with a Box/Workshop in limited edition to learn with all the necessary tool included. Feel like challenging yourselves in making a coffee with gourmet desserts? Or looking for an original gift for a cooking fan?
As for the counter, pastries change with the season. Allow €6.50 for one pastry. This season, enjoy the indulging Paris-Brest with runny heart, the Mont Blanc tart, the crunchy Dôme Chocolat, the Rum Baba and the coffee éclair.
Her desserts are available as desserts at the restaurant, every day from noon to midnight. The tearoom offer expects you from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. and the take-away counter from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
