Designed in tribute to the highest mountain on Mars, this entremets for two is shaped as a semi egg based on milk chocolate filled with runny praline, crunchy hazelnut cake for a bit of texture in mouth, the whole covered in caramel drizzles topping dulcey chocolate velvet glazing. Available in all 4 Philippe Conticini stores in Paris for €12.90.
Maison Conticini also provides you with a second Easter delight called Explosion Gourmandise: milk chocolate and praline egg, belted with crunchy almond and hazelnut Gianduja. A limited creation only available at Galeries Lafayette Gourmet. Price: €63.
