Olivier Stehly has closed his Châtelet tea house to head to Bercy Village with a wonderful pastry store likely to attract crowds. And this time, Olivier Stehly has chosen a name for his store: La Fabrique à Toga (understand “Gateau” but backwards). As always, the pop-universe fan will provide you with tasty cakes willing to tell stories every time, but La Fabrique à Toga is also going to be a workshop where you will be able to learn a lot from the pastry chef.
Head to Bercy Village and its house-shaped stores to discover Olivier Stehly’s delicious desserts starting Thursday March 11, 2021. For his new project, the pastry chef relied on his dear friend Chloé Ribotta: this indoor designer knows him well and managed to brilliantly transcribe the universe he wanted to have.
Steel, wood, gigantic pop posters to enhance Stehly’s flagship cakes, namely his Saint Domingue, a delicious praline cheesecake, Paris-Brest and other coffee pies.
Open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., La Fabrique à Toga intends to attract as many people as possible with a cake offering likely to delight foodies from breakfast. And for lunch, the sugar hero bets on simple yet regressive dishes: truffle macaroni, hot dog and mashed potatoes, and other bistro classics will be available if you happen to be in a hurry.
It is already planned for La Fabrique à Toga to provide you with brunch at weekends, and the chef will host workshops, something he wanted to do for long! And to celebrate his opening in Bercy Village, Stehly will propose scratch tickets enabling you to win every day brunches, annual VIP passes, masterclasses…
And now, as soon as sunny days are back, run to Bercy Village and enjoy!
