To celebrate May 1st, Hugo & Victor unveils a creation shaped as a sprig of lily of the valley that once eaten, can be planted to grow flowers!

May 1st is May Day, but not only… This day is also devoted to foodies! proof of it? Hugo & Victor unveils for May 1st 2022, a pastry shaped as a sprig of lily of the valley.

Available in store from April 15 to May 1st, Maison Hugo & Victor’s sprig of lily of the valley celebrates May Day its own way. This lovely floral creation comes in dark and milk chocolate versions.

Available for €9.90, it is based on a small chocolate pot filled with hazelnut praline and topped with hazelnut gianduja. Very yummy! The original twist? Once you have eaten up the pastry, the sprig of lily of the valley, made of seed paper, can be planted. As a matter of fact, it includes seeds of honey plants! Go get cute flowers!

Plant it to grow flowers which nectar will be used by bees to make honey. In a nutshell, this is a great creation mixing the joy of gardening and enjoying chocolate!
