At Maison Aleph, summer ice creams are low in sugar, to give more space for noble raw materials, worked by hand with a low churning rate, without dyes or artificial preservatives. Stabilizer used is 100% natural carob seed flour and is used in an ancestral manner in the Mediterranean. Beautiful and good food ahead!

Other more simple and classic flavors such as wild cinnamon from Indonesia, pure orange blossom, 100% natural ice cream, and the Sicilian organic yellow lemon ice cream filled with zests are also available on site or delivery all summer long!

Please note for vegans two new vegan ice creams are also available based on plant-based milks, without additive not texturizer! To be enjoyed vegan and raw almond ice cream with almond chinks, and vegan Iranian pistachio ice cream with pistachio chunks.
