Named best pastry chef 2016 by Le Chef magazine and Gault et Millau in 2017, Nina Métayer has indulged us for a while at Café Pouchkine and this Fall, she opens her first store in Paris.
If you missed her pastries and feel like (re)discovering them without having to order them online, it will be possible starting from August 31, 2021. As a matter of fact, her 100% digital patisserie, Délicatisserie, goes real and sets up in a corner on the 8th floor of Printemps du Goût.
A high-quality pastry store to discover in the sky of Paris, to takeaway or enjoy in the tearoom area or on the terrace. How delightful!
On the menu, wonderful creations such as the Chocolate Tart with chocolate crémeux and crunchy feuillantine, the custard pie we love, the tiramisu, the applie pie, or the fig pie, as well as chocolates, crunchy chocolate slab, brownies, cookies, and the Gianduja bonbons smelling like dark chocolate, homemade Piedmont hazelnut praline and cocoa nibs.
Head to Printemps du Goût within Printemps Homme at 64 Boulevard Haussmann in Paris 9th arrondissement. The corner opens to all, every day, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
