The Four Seasons George V is dressed to the nines and unveils fantastic surprises. In addition to the magnificent and incredible decorations, discover the indulging offer and the incredible Christmas teatime. As a matter of fact, this winter and during the Holidays season, teatimes are popping here and there in Paris and we cannot complain about it.
And we can say this new afternoon tea has it all to make our eyes sparkle. Rush to the Galerie, have a comfortable seat and discover the teatime served in several courses.
Start with the savory starter created by the Chef of the Galerie, Alan Taudon. Here we have a smoked salmon souffle with Oscietra caviar from Sologne. It is a welcomed change from the finger sandwiches.
Continue with the pre-dessert, some grapefruit sorbet, candied lemon and grapefruit water with pink berries and Argentinean verbena.
Then, enjoy the incredibly crazy lukewarm cinnamon roll by the freshly arrived baker, Guillaume Cabrol.
And here we go for talented Michael Bartocetti’s pastries. We love the Piedmont hazelnut and Burgundy Cazette hazelnut Paris-Brest, salt flake and the citrus fruit tart, sour rosat geranium we love.
As for the travel cakes, sail between the squash seed cookie and salt flake praline and the very crunchy flaky Parisian flan.
Do you have some room left? How perfect! There is still a slice of the yule log! Enjoy Bartocetti’s surprising creation mixing chocolate, chili pepper and Gwell cream.
Note this hearty teatime costs €95 and is served with a hot drink (you do not need to eat for dinner after). As for us, we went for the creamy hot chocolate served with cream and marshmallows.
How about treating yourself to an exceptional teatime?
