Start with a hot drink. Go for the exquisite and creamy hot cocoa pairing the teatime nibbles. On the menu, 3 savory petits four and 4 sweet ones. Start with the sour maki with vegetables, continue with the divine crab-avocado tartlet and lime before finishing the savory part with the delicious goat’s cheese soufflé.
As for the sweet side, we are delighted by the Paris-Brest, the Saint-Honoré, the lemon-chamomile tart, and the chocolate lyokan pastry with salt flake.
Then, enjoy the regional treats. You can choose – depending on the day – between the incredible cheese cake, the signature Gâteau de Savoie or the candied fruit and apple turnover that is just divine.
With the €65-offer, you can stop there or continue with a dessert for €75 (€95 including champagne, and €110 with the Christmas creations included). And we recommend it because exceptionally for the Holidays, Le Limbar serves the plated dessert of Plénitude gourmet restaurant. This is the perfect occasion to discover Maxime Fréderic’s crazy creations. And what wonderful discoveries!
We were enchanted by the sublime and delicious Rose Granville and the Fleur Vacherin Agrumes with herbs.
Last but not least, note Le Cheval Blanc also provides a delicious yule log, do not forget to book.
