BlackBird Coffee : the friendly and elegant coffee shop in Montmartre

For several years now, coffee shops have been springing up all over the capital. If some of them have become real institutions, other little newcomers intend to overshadow them and make a name for themselves in the sector. This is notably the case of BlackBird Coffee, nestled in the Montmartre district.

Behind this new spot, we find Steeve and Vanessa. After several years in graphic design, Steeve radically changed his path and turned to the world of coffee, while this beverage - indispensable in the eyes of many - was not really his cup of tea. Finally, he fell in love with the coffee bean and discreetly dreamed of opening his own coffee shop one day. After 10 years of experience as a barista in several cafés in the capital, Steeve finally decided to take flight and launch his own business. Passionate about crows, to the point of getting a tattoo of the bird on his arm, the name was found: BlackBird Coffee. As for the decoration, Steeve had a sharp eye as a former graphic designer. He bet on an elegant and neat atmosphere, reminding some speakeasy. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, with comfortable emerald green armchairs and sofas waiting for you.

To titillate your taste buds, this coffee shop focuses on quality coffees. It is not for nothing that L'Arbre à Café is one of its suppliers. On the menu, you will find the classics of the genre: espresso, macchiato, latte and cappuccino, but also the chai tea latte or the ultra delicious and silky matcha latte that we highly recommend!

On the spot, everything is nicely served in these transparent cups, so that you can admire your beverage more closely. If coffee shakes are offered on the menu, Steeve is already thinking about the future and plans to offer milkshakes, a special offer for Valentine's Day or even create a special beetroot-based coffee for Women's Day.

Another plus, and not the least, at BlackBird Coffee, you can choose your milk (cow's milk or oat milk) without any extra charge!

To accompany these exquisite beverages, BlackBird Coffee offers pastries from La Compagnie des Desserts.
