With the heat settling in, one craves tasty iced teas. And in terms of teas, there is nothing quite like iconic Mariage Frères. For the summer 2022, the house came up with a new iced tea called Flower Summer, extending the French Summer Tea family.

For a fresh break, dive into a seventies-inspired chic hippie vibe with this new creation giving pride of place to flowers. Close your eyes and imagine you have a crown of flowers which scents of hibiscus, orchid, orange and cherry blossom tickle your senses. Add to this the famous blue flowers we love and there you go with some azure blue tea we love.

In the lounge, the large glass of French Tea is served for (€11) (the tasting glass on the picture is a small one, the glass is usually bigger), and marvelously pairs the Pavlova Summer Tea available for €14 on site and €9.50 to takeaway. White peaches roasted with thyme and lemon uplifted with redcurrant confit and coated in Bourbon vanilla French meringue and Flower Summer-flavored whipped cream, it is deliciously fresh and indulging.
