Philippe Conticini opens a temporary profiterole bar

Pastry chef Philippe Conticini returns with a new and temporary pastry bar. This year, from June 25 to July 16, 2022, he will make profiteroles to order!

And three! After his chouquette bar and his mille-feuille bar, Philippe Conticini does it again this summer 2022, with a new temporary pastry bar within the Philippe Conticini store in the 3rd arrondissement. From June 25 to July 16, 2022, gourmand Parisians and enticed tourists will be able to discover and taste a French pastry classic, brilliantly revisited by the famous pastry chef: profiteroles.

Like mille-feuilles last year, they are made to order to please your eyes and taste buds. Here, profiteroles are made with chou pastry dough covered in cane sugar for the crunch! Each chou is then wholeheartedly stuffed with iced cream with the flavor of your choice, served with sauce and toppings matching the ice cream. So good!

And the choice is wide! As a matter of fact, gourmands and foodies can choose among the 4 flavors available under:

  • Passion fruit ice cream, served with exotic fruit sauce and chopped mango and exotic whipped cream
  • Strabwerry ice cream with chopped strawberries and red berry sauce, a few fresh strawberries and vanilla whipped cream
  • Vanilla ice cream with salted caramel sauce, caramelized pecans and vanilla whipped cream
  • Chocolate ice cream at 66% and chocolate sauce, hazelnut and chocolate streusel and chocolate whipped cream
