The Bûche-Broche comes in two harmonies of flavors:

  • The first assortment bewitches with a deeply creamy chocolate mousse, punctuated by the acidity of a black fruit compote and the exoticism of a vanilla ganache. The speculos crunch contrasts with the softness of a chocolate cookie, under a glaze evoking blue flowers and blueberries.
