Home Sweet Home, this is the name of Dalloyau's Holidays 2020 collection. For the Holidays, Jeremy Del Val and all the chefs of the house have come up with a very tasty collection including a signature yule log as good as original.

This year, Maison Dalloyau gives pride of place to Home Sweet Home! Inspired by the famous Christmas decorations, the chefs have created a playful and festive collection that is first and foremost self-indulging and delicious. Wreaths, Christmas tree bulbs and garlands are on the menu.

For this Christmas 2020, chefs Jérémy Del ValThéo VandendriesOlivier Desquest and Lucas Roméra offer a new yule log collection inspired by the house's codes and successes. We love these light and airy yule logs as self-indulging as can be and packed with flavors.

Mont Blanc, juste divine, we love it!

Chestnut and hazelnut crunch, moist chestnut cake, condensed Ardèche chestnut, Ardèche chestnut crémeux, Tahitian vanilla, Ardèche chestnut mousse. Topped with piped light Ardèche chestnut and vanilla cream. Decorated with candied chestnut chunks, meringue, milk chocolate oak leaves.

Piste Noire for chocolate addicts!

Hazelnut crunch, hazelnut dacquoise cake, 33% Madagascan milk chocolate crémeux, 62% Brazilian dark chocolate mousse. Topped with whipped 62% Brazil dark chocolate ganache. Decorated with hazelnut slivers, milk chocolate axe.

Dalloyau a sure bet!

Almond meringue, hazelnut cream, Piedmont hazelnut praline heart. Topped with light vanilla and Piedmont hazelnut cream dipped in blond chocolate rocher and nougatine chunks. Decorated with blond chocolate Christmas tree bulbs.

Fraicheur d'agrumes for a fresh note at the end of the meal!

Gianduja, white chocolate and almond crunch, moist lemon cake, sour citrus fruit confit, Ile-de-France fromage blanc mousse flavored with lemon zests and Madagascan vanilla. Topped with orange and grapefruit compote. Decorated with white chocolate snow flakes.

As for his creation yule log, Dalloyau Pastry Chef and France Dessert Champion Jeremy Del Val thought outside the box and offers us a very original dessert. Underneath a white wreath that looks like clouds, one discovers a coconut and Tahitian vanilla mousse entremets also including avocado, passion fruit and lime crémeux, exotic fruits (roasted pineapple, mango, passion fruit) compote with vanilla and seasoned with Timur pepper, moist banana cake and coconut crunch. A surprising but absolutely delicious mix nicely ending a heavy meal.

The log is available to order starting December 11 for €89 and serving 8, but is also availble in individual size (like the picture below) for €9.50 and available in store from December 4.

We also love the Christmas wreath cake based on chocolate and banana that can be sent all over France! Allow €28 for the cake that can be stored very well.

As for macarons, there are two creations: Cognac Martel XO flavored with cognac then and Marron d'Ardèche et Vanille de Tahiti (Ardèche Chestnut and Tahitian vanilla) available in a box that can be sent all over France as well (allow €39.90 for 16 macarons).

Dalloyau is also about savory food. And do not forget the house provides you with options to delight your guests all December long. Petits fours, cocktail pieces and even a service to customize your cake, and turnkey gourmet menus with or without a at-home chef are provided.

And because the house launched its new online service, there is no better time to try it out, friends! Allow €55 per person for the festive menu, €10 for the cocktail package, and €7.90 per person for the custom-made cake.
