This year, Dalloyau offers to experience a Slav Christmas with a yule log and a set of macaroons to share with your family during Christmas eve dinner 2017!
Maison Dalloyau chefs Pierre Koch, Yann Brys, Nicolas Boucher and Jérémy Del Val got inspired by cultural treasures from Slav lands in order to create a unique collection for small and grown-up gourmets.
Regarding the creation yule log, discover the Kukla yule log meaning “doll” in Russian.
Under a white chocolate and perforated shell, this white creation is topped with delicate matryoshka dolls and small meringues reminding of the shape of the Orthodox domes.
Covered in milk chocolate, the base of the log is made of lime-infused milk jam and an almond meringue sprinkled with raw Valencia almond silvers. In its heart, a moist financier biscuit mixed with the freshness of a mango-passion fruit compote and the sweetness of a Madagascar vanilla cream.
Coated with white, the log is surrounded with citrus fruits marshmallow. As a décor, milk chocolate small matryoshka dolls and meringues inspired by Russian palaces.

For macaroons lovers, discover the Macariochka gift box with 12 macaroons. Two macaroons created by Dalloyau chefs for these Holidays 2017 are to be discovered in limited edition: the pink champagne macaroon and the citrus fruit vodka macaroon.
