For the Holidays, Pierre Hermé has concocted us yule logs as beautiful as delicious. Fir tree yule log, lemon-hazelnut yule log, vanilla-chocolate yule log, frozen praline-hazelnut yule log, chocolate-caramel yule log or the unmissable Ispahan yule log, Pierre Hermé feeds us very well this Christmas 2019!
Pierre Hermé’s yule logs 2019:
To perfect your décor and amaze your guests, Pierre Hermé has created a fantastic box for his yule log. A trompe l’oeil that looks like a tree bark but is made of Mexican dark chocolate and milk chocolate Pierre Hermé Paris. Available only by order from December 22 to 25. (serving 6/8, for €290).
But that’s not all since we’re moving to entremets. Indeed, the chef also came up with 3 pastries shaped like fir cone to enjoy more good food on New Year’s Eve. Ispahan, Félicia and Ultime are the 3 creations available. Find them in store from December 26 to 31 for €71 and serving 6 to 8 foodies.
Of course, whoever says Pierre Hermé also means macarons. We fall for the Jardin dans les pins macaron, or the Infiniment Citron Caviar one that has some good pep, the chestnut and black wheat macaron is surprising and the cedar pine nut one is delicious. (allow €2.20 per piece to create a beautiful box to give or share).
We particularly fell in love with the new Pierre Hermé boxes. Designed by Marjorie Colas, they take us to a plant-filled and very elegant universe.
Chocolates and advent calendars (€62 online, available to order from October 23 and in store from November 1 to 30) have a remarkable box.
